Platinum Profits SCAM – Worth Your $1,997? 1/5 (1)

The Platinum Profits scam is one of those Binary Options systems where the website has absolutely nothing to offer you except a lengthy 20 minute video. I guess the Platinum Profits app marketing team decided to just keep on talking, until you give them your email address.

Unlike scam sites that don't disclose this, we would like to point out something. No matter which link or site you use to sign up for this service or software, someone might receive a commission fee. That includes links on this site. Our sign up links can be trusted, because they are behind SSL HTTPS protection, so you can be sure of the origin.

Platinum Profits Scam – Our Reasons For The Scam Rating

There really is almost nothing on the Platinum Profits site that would give you any indication of what the software does. There is no link to their terms, no privacy policy, no disclaimers or any other identifiable details, just a video that rambles on.

Most frustratingly, you will find that you cannot even pause or rewind the video, which made it difficult to try and track what they’re saying while also writing a review at the same time. So, in order to save you from all that frustration, I’ve placed a link directly to the Platinum Profits scam video below. I’ve got no idea about why Platinum Profits is showing a fake family in their thumbnail, but here it is in any case:

Once I got the Platinum Profits scam video extricated from their dumb website, I could actually bear to watch it and found out that man behind the software is supposedly Ross Barker. He claims to be a highly-successful investor, start-up consultant and business analyst. Combing through LinkedIn and social media did reveal some matches to Ross Barker, but none of them matched 100%. Our conclusion is therefore Mr. Barker’s bark is far more impressive than his byte, but you’re free to make up your own mind.

The story we’re told on the Platinum Profits scam video is that even though Ross Barker started working at a bank, and investing his money in different stocks, he still didn’t quite make the money he wanted to. Until he signed up for an expensive investment seminar, during one of the refreshment breaks, he met “Craig”. Of course Craig was a multi-millionaire and new about all the latest investment strategies.

The mysterious Craig told Ross Barker to only invest in Platinum because of how easy it is to trade and because “hardly anyone trades it” – direct quote! Now, to say that Platinum is hardly traded is simply false. Although it is true that Platinum has been trending downwards since at least mid 2011, it has recently hit an important support level. This means that it will most likely first bounce a round this level for a week or two until traders decide to break through the support level. My analysis is that it is probably bound to head up over the next couple of months. The point being that it’s hardly an easy call as claimed in the video.

Is Platinum Profits Worth $1,997?

In a word, no. I actually took the software quite seriously until I got to the part of the Platinum Profits video where things go horribly off the rails. They start talking about how everything is run by robots, and then claim that the US Army already has “colonies of fighting robots”. I kid you not!!! You might think I’m making all of this up, but you will see it for yourself at around 10 minutes into the video:

How can you take a system seriously when they make stupid claims like that??? I think they completely confused Binary Options with Star Wars. Then they want $1,997 from you once you’ve made over $10,000? I don’t think you have to worry about that, you won’t get to $10,000 with the Platinum Profits software…

I realize that you came to this site to find out more about Binary Options trading, and I can assure you that you have come to the right place. You can definitely make money trading Binary Options, but you will have to put in a bit more effort than just relying on a crazy auto-trader bot to do it all for you. If you’re willing to put in a little more effort, you will see that it can be very rewarding. Take a look at our top signal services or skip all that and just look at our top rated system where you will not only meet up with like-minded people that trade Binary Options daily, but also learn how to trade properly.

Remember that even if you do make a crazy choice and mess up, you’re still covered by our ETS Guarantee. It has helped a number of people already.

  1. Thank you for the warning. what about the other Platinum Profits App by Paul Olmstead? Is it a scam software too?
He claims that it’s able to make over $2166 every day. Please look at it and save day traders from it if it’s a scam.
