Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the gained 0.06%.
The best performers of the session on the were Liveperson (TA:), which rose 4.74% or 407 points to trade at 9001 at the close. Meanwhile, Fattal 1998 Holdings Ltd (TA:) added 1.71% or 660 points to end at 39360 and Phoenix Holdings Ltd (TA:) was up 1.24% or 24 points to 1967 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TA:), which fell 1.48% or 100 points to trade at 6635 at the close. OPKO Health Inc (TA:) declined 1.24% or 12 points to end at 994 and Amot Investments Ltd (TA:) was down 0.91% or 18 points to 1962.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 238 to 162 and 18 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for March delivery was up 0.11% or 0.06 to $52.70 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April rose 0.75% or 0.46 to hit $62.09 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.32% or 4.15 to trade at $1318.35 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.06% to 3.6414, while EUR/ILS rose 0.08% to 4.1259.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.13% at 96.417.
