TOKYO (Reuters) – Ousted Nissan boss Carlos Ghosn іѕ seeking permission from thе Tokyo District Court tо attend thе company’s board meeting on Tuesday, Yomiuri newspaper reported on Monday.

The Tokyo District Court іѕ expected tо decide whether іt will give permission аѕ soon аѕ Monday, thе report said.

Renault SA (PA:), Nissan Motor Co аnd Mitsubishi Motors Corp plan tо set up a joint board meeting structure tо discuss issues related tо their alliance іn a step toward integration of operations, TV Tokyo reported on Sunday.
