Investing.com – The much-anticipated launch of Walt Disney’s (NYSE:) streaming service Disney+ Tuesday was greeted by customers with frustration (but maybe enthusiasm by investors) as the service faced technical problems due to overwhelming demand.

  • Disney tweeted that “consumer demand for Disney+ has exceeded our high expectations. We are working to quickly resolve the current user issue. We appreciate your patience.”
  • Shares of Disney rose were up 1.7% in morning trading.
